Ingredients ::
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips, Melted
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Powdered Sugar
Chocolate Snowflakes
Melt chocolate chips in a large saucepan and remove from heat. Mix in oil and sugar. Add eggs one at a time beating after each egg. Blend well. Add vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Add pecans and mix well. Chill dough. Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake on non-stick or greased cookie sheet in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
Don't overbake - cookies should be soft and moist.
