Ingredients ::
- 2 Tablespoons paprika
- 2 Tablespoons chili powder
- 1-2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 Tablespoons granulated garlic OR garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons light OR dark brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 Tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 Tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

For: Pork or Beef
Mix all ingredients together. Ready to rub onto meat.
For best results, let the meat marinate in the rub for two hours at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.
