Ingredients ::
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 Lbs. coarsely ground ham
  • Sauce:
  • 4 oz. orange juice concentrate
  • 4 Tablespoons prepared (yellow) mustard
  • 4 Tablespoons brown sugar

Mix eggs, crumbs and milk together in a mixing bowl until well blended.

Use a meat grinder or food processor grind the ham and add it to the mixture in the bowl. Mix only until blended and do not over mix.

Bake in a large bread pan in a 300 degree oven for 2 hours.

Prepare sauce:
By mixing all of the ingredients in a saucepan, and cook on a low heat until sugar is dissolved and thickened.

Serve sauce with the ham loaf.
