Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 cup softened butter
- 6 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 boxes of Jiffy Fudge frosting mix
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- Note: The nuts and frosting are essential to this recipe.

Cream butter in a large mixing bowl, with beaters on high speed.
Then add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Gradually add the sugar to the mixture, on high speed until all is light and fluffy.
Stir in the flour, frosting mixes and nuts; by hand until well blended. (This step is a must, as too much air will ruin your batter.)
Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan or a 10 inch tube pan. (Pam spray works well to grease the pan.)
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60 to 65 minutes. Start observing for doneness at 60 minutes, the top of the cake should be dry, shiny, brownie-type texture.
Remove and let cool for at least two hours. (This must cool completely or the cake will stick in the pan and come out in pieces.)
Slide a knife around the edge before turning out onto a serving plate.
Garnish with powdered sugar if you desire.
