Ingredients ::
- Crust:
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup finely chopped dry roasted peanuts
- Filling:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Topping:
- 1 (3.9 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2-3/4 cup cold milk
- Garnish option:
- semi sweet chocolate bar

Needs 4 hours in the refrigerator
Crust:
In a bowl cut butter into flour until crumbly. Add peanuts. Then press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden. Then cool.
Filling:
Beat sugar, cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Then spread over crust.
Topping:
In another bowl combine pudding mixes and milk. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread this over the filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Garnish option:
Grate semi sweet chocolate over the top.
