Ingredients ::
- 2-3 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped (optional)

Tip: Make a sandwich, or lots of tiny ones, or stuff tomatoes or pastry cups.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and chill for several hours before serving.
