Ingredients ::
- 3 Lbs. hamburger, mixed to make meatballs
- 4 small cans of mushrooms
- 2 large onions, diced
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 2 cans beef broth
- 3 Tablespoons butter
Unknown who gave me this recipe from my past.
In a pan, brown mushrooms and onions together.
To make the sauce, combine beef broth and butter until warm; in a saucepan.
Add the mushrooms and onions to the broth mix; into the saucepan.
Take the pan and place the meatballs inside and brown them.
Add the sour cream to the broth mixture.
Place meatballs in a baking dish, pour broth mixture over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
Meanwhile make potatoes or rice or noodles to serve with the meatballs. Or make meatball subs.
