Ingredients ::
  • Fruit:
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced plums
  • 1 cup sliced pitted cherries OR chopped red grapes
  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe OR honeydew melon
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced nectarines, OR peaches, OR mangoes
  • 1 cup small green grapes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 cup lime or lemon-lime flavored sparkling water, chilled
  • mint sprigs for garnish
Description ::
Try something new or different when you serve up your next bowl of mixed fruits.

Makes: 8 (1 cup) servings

Layer fruit or mix it up in a glass bowl, that has been covered and refrigerated for up to 3 hours.

When ready to serve, in a small bowl; whisk lime juice, honey and lime peel. Stir in sparkling water, immediately pour over the fruit and garnish with mint.

Here are a few other ones to try:

Lemon Dressing:
Combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel and 1 cup lemon-lime sparkling water.

Orange Liqueur Dressing:
Combine 1/3 cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as Grand Marnier), 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon grated orange peel and 1 cup orange-flavored sparkling water.

Orange Dressing:
Combine 1/4 cup thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice and 1 cup orange-flavored sparkling water.

Raspberry Yogurt Dressing:
Combine 1 cup raspberry yogurt, 1/3 cup lime juice and 3 Tablespoons honey.
