Ingredients ::
- 4 oz. brandy
- 3 oz. apple cider (NOT apple juice)
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (dulce de leche if available)
- 2 pints vanilla ice cream
Makes: 4 servings
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour mixture into tall malt/or soda glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream and tasted chopped pecans or toffee, or a slice of apple.
Serve with a straw.
