Ingredients ::
- 1 (3 oz.) box raspberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup mini white marshmallows

Note: you can try this recipe over and over again with a different Jell-O flavor.
In a bowl, add boiling water to the Jell-O; stir well until dissolved.
Add ice cream and stir until melted.
Take marshmallows and put on top of Jell-O. Use a spoon to push them down, so they get a red tint on them.
Refrigerate in bowl or transfer to serving dishes, wait until firm before serving.
