Brickle Drop Cookies Mix
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
½ tsp salt
3-½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1-½ cups (7.5-oz. pkg.) HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Almond Toffee Bits
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Layer ingredients in this order: flour mixture, brown sugar, white sugar and Bits O'Brickle Almond Toffee bits. Seal jar and decorate as desired.

Brickle Drop Cookies
1 Jar Brickle Drop Cookies Mix
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Cream together eggs, butter and vanilla. Combine with cookie mix. Drop by heaping tsp onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly. About 6 dozen cookies.
