Tabil Seasoning Mix
This exotic blend of spices originates from Tunisia. It's great for sprinkling on salads, meat seasoning.

4 tbsp coriander seed

4 tsp caraway seed

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cayenne pepper

½ tsp curry powder
Pulverize coriander and caraway to a powder. Combine with remaining spices. Present in small jar.
