Ingredients ::
- Filling:
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tablespoons margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Topping:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 4 Tablespoons margarine
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk

Filling:
In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together. Then pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Topping:
First mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in another bowl. Cut in the margarine. Add the egg and milk. Mix and spread on top of the rhubarb filling.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
