Ingredients ::
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 package pistachio pudding (not instant)
  • 1 cup club soda OR 7-UP soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • Topping:
  • 1 package pistachio pudding
  • 1-1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping

Beat together cake ingredients.

Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch.

Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool.

Mix pistachio pudding mix and milk. Add container of whipped topping. Spread on top of cooled cake.

Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight before serving.
