Ingredients ::
- 5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 package (18-1/4 oz.) chocolate cake mix (plus what ever ingredients are needed)
- 1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

Makes: 12 to 16 servings
Safety first - have an adult around when using an oven, and use your oven mitts.
Sprinkle marshmallows in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
Prepare the cake batter according to the package directions; in a bowl. Pour batter over the marshmallows.
Then spoon the pie filling over the batter.
Set oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick when inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool.
Frost with whipped topping when ready to serve.
Store left overs in the refrigerator.
