Ingredients ::
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 cup Dofino Havarti with Basil cheese*, shredded or diced
- *if Dofino Havarti with Basil cheese is not available, substitute with 1 cup Dofino Creamy Havarti and 1 teaspoon dried basil.

Goes well over chicken.
In a saucepan over medium low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted.
Cheese can be served on top of the chicken when serving, or it can be put on the chicken 15 to 20 minutes to bake, before coming out of the oven.
