Ingredients ::
- 1/2 cup Crosse & Blackwell rich & garlicky scampi sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Crosse & Blackwell non pareil capers
- 1 Tablespoon Crosse & Blackwell fish & chip vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 Lb. medium shrimp, cooked and diced
- 8 oz. crabmeat, cooked and diced
- 12 cups mixed greens
- 6 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 cups croutons

Makes: 6 servings
Whisk together oil, scampi sauce, capers, fish & chip vinegar, sugar salt and pepper. Cover and chill until served.
To serve; in a large mixing bowl, combine seafood, mixed greens and cheese; toss with dressing to coat.
Pour onto a large serving platter. Top with croutons and serve immediately.
