Ingredients ::
  • 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell bold and spicy creole sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 package frozen okra (10 oz.)
  • 1 package frozen succotash (10 oz.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 Lb. medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined

Makes: 4 servings

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat; add onions and bell pepper. Saute until soft, about 10 minutes. Add okra, succotash, salt, pepper, chicken stock and Creole Sauce. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat, simmering for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and continue cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
