Ingredients ::
- 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell red current jelly
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- grated chocolate and a few fresh berries for garnish

Makes: 6 servings
Prep: Make this before you start dinner to serve as dessert.
Tip:
You can substitute your favorite fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and so on)
Puree fruit with sugar in a food processor or blender. Add the jelly and puree until smooth.
In a bowl beat cream until stiff. fold in raspberry mixture.
Spoon into individual dessert glasses. Cover and chill until served.
To serve sprinkle with chocolate shavings and a berry or two before serving.
