Ingredients ::
  • 12 oz. Crosse & Blackwell Mincemeat OR Mincemeat with Rum & Brandy
  • 1 package (18 oz.) spice cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 container (16 oz.) cream cheese frosting

Tips:
Try it in a 13 x 9 inch pan for a snack cake. Great for picnics or box lunches.

Preheat over 350 degrees.

Blend cake mix with eggs, water and oil in a bowl. Stir in the Mincemeat and chips.

Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin pan cups, filling them 3/4 full.

Bake in oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Frost cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.
