Ingredients ::
- 1 jar Crosse & Blackwell ham glaze
- 1-1/2 Lbs. ground round
- 1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger-root, minced

Makes: 6 servings
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a medium size bowl, combine meat, water chestnuts, onions, bread crumbs, garlic and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Roll into 1-1/2 inch meat balls and place in a baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a microwave safe bowl, combine ham glaze, chili sauce, red pepper flakes and ginger-root. Heat in microwave until hot and bubbly.
Serve dip on the side of meatballs, or combine meatballs in the sauce.
