Ingredients ::
- 1 jar Dickinson's pumpkin butter
- 1 box Pillsbury gingerbread mix (follow box directions for cookie dough)
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- Toppings:
- apples
- pears
- peaches
- pecans (toasted)
- cinnamon

Makes: 16 to 20 pieces
Spread prepared gingerbread cookie dough on a baking sheet or a 12 x 14 inch round pizza pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool.
In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin butter and cream cheese and blend until smooth. Spread evenly on top of the cooled crust. Top with a creative arrangement of bite size pieces of your favorite fruit and nuts.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
To serve, cut into 2 inch pieces.
