  • 1/2 to 3/4 jar Dickinson's pure patterson apricot preserves OR purely fruit apricot spreadable fruit
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

To be used on grilled pork, poultry, beef tenderloin or fish.

Makes: 2 cups

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend well.
