Ingredients ::
- 1 mango, peeled and seeded
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 pineapple
- 1 red onion

Goes good over grilled salmon.
Chop the fruits and vegetables into a desired dice size. Combine all in a bowl with the cilantro and refrigerate for 1/2 to 1 hour before serving.
