Ingredients ::
- 1 Lb. bacon
- 1 Lb. ground beef
- 1 Lb. ground pork
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper
From Chef Chad of Chad Paul's Bistro, West Bend, Wisconsin
Lay bacon side by side on sheet pan.
Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Form meat into a log and place in the center of the bacon. Roll so the bacon wraps around the meat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
