Ingredients ::
- 1 spaghetti squash
- bacon
- tomato, sliced
- butter
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese

Cut spaghetti squash in half and clean out seeds.
Steam on top of stove in large pan until tender.
Scoop out squash and put in bowl. Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
In a fry pan, fry bacon until crisp and crumble into bowl with squash.
Put squash mixture into a shallow pan and top with fresh tomato slices. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese and broil until browned.
