Ingredients ::
- 12 slices white bread, crusts removed, cut into cubes (about 12 cups)
- 1-10 oz. package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (2 cups)
- 2 cups diced ham
- 2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 small onion minced (1/4 cup)
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)

Makes: 8 servings
Prep time: make the night before
Arrange 1/2 the bread crumbs (6 cups) in a greased 3 quart shallow baking dish.
Top that with broccoli, then ham and then the remaining 6 cups of bread cubes.
In a bowl mix together, milk, eggs, mustard and onion. Pour over bread.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover, bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
