Ingredients ::
- 3 large croissants, cut up
- 1-1/2 cups fresh OR frozen blueberries
- 1-8 oz. package light cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-1/4 cups skim milk
- powder sugar for garnish

Place croissant pieces evenly in a 9 inch square baking dish.
Sprinkle with blueberries.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until well blended. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. Pour evenly over croissant pieces and blueberries.
Let stand for 20 minutes.
Then bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until set in center and golden brown.
Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
