Ingredients ::
- 1/3 cup light cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons flour, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup light sour cream
- 3 cups mixed fresh blue berries and raspberries, divided
- 1-1/2 cups thawed strawberry
- Cool Whip, divided

Makes: 12 servings
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup of the sugar until well blended.
Add egg whites and lemon extract, mix well.
In a little bowl mix 1 cup of the flour and baking soda; then add to the cream cheese mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well after each addition. (DO NOT OVERMIX)
Spray a 9 inch spring-form pan with cooking spray.
Spread cream cheese mixture into the bottom and 1 inch up side of the prepared pan.
Toss 2 cups of the berries with remaining 1/4 cup of sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons of flour in a bowl; then spoon over the cream cheese mixture within 1/2 inch of the edge.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing rim of pan.
Top each serving with whipped topping.
