Ingredients ::
  • 2/3 Lb. dry linguini
  • 1/3 Lb. frozen peas
  • 1/3 Lb. shredded carrots
  • 3 Lbs. shrimp
  • 1-1/2 cups mayo
  • 1-1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1-1/8 cups chipped dill pickles
  • 2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • chopped salad greens

Cook linguini al dente, rinse with cold water and drain.

Mix peas, carrots, shrimp, mayo, sour cream and pickles.

Next toss linguini into mixture. Add dill weed, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate.

Serve on a bed of chopped salad greens.
