Blend cream cheese, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Slice focaccia halves width wise. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on bottom sides. Place 4 slices of mozzarella cheese on each half.
Brush sliced onion and green pepper with olive oil. Saute until tender in small frying pan.
Layer onion and peppers evenly on top of the cheese.
Warm roast beef slightly in the same frying pan. Add to sandwiches on top of cheese. Sprinkle with a little more Italian seasoning and add a touch more of the cream cheese mixture.
Put top half on sandwiches and grill each at 395 degrees in oven, or on a panini grill for about 3 minutes.
Serve with side dish or chips and pickle slices.
