Ingredients ::
- 1-1/3 cups soft butter
- 5 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
Fills and frosts two 8 or 9 inch cake layers
In a bowl beat butter until light and fluffy.
Blend in the confectioners sugar, milk and instant coffee; beat until smooth.
Cover; refrigerate until mixture is of spreading consistency.
