Ingredients ::
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1-1/2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream
Description ::
Can be used to serve with a cake for dessert.

Tip:
You could replace the lemon peel and juice with lime or an orange.

In a bowl beat egg until foamy.

In another bowl, blend in butter, confectioners sugar, grated peel and lemon juice. Then beat whipping cream in until stiff; now fold this into the egg mixture.

Ready to serve.
