Ingredients ::
  • 2-1/2 to 3 Lbs. broiler fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1 to 3 Tablespoons grated orange peel, if desired
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced, mushrooms, drained
Description ::
Makes: 4 to 6 servings

Wash chicken and pat dry. Place skin side down in a single layer in an ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients except mushrooms in a bowl; pour over chicken.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Turn; sprinkle with mushrooms and spoon sauce over chicken. Bake for 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender.
