Ingredients ::
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice
- 2 packages (8 oz. each) shredded process cheese
- 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup sliced pimiento stuffed olives
- 2 Tablespoons snipped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup water
Makes: 6 servings
In an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish, beat egg slightly; mix in rice, 1-1/2 cups of the cheese, the tuna, olives and seasonings. Stir in milk and water. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Cover; bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
