Ingredients ::
  • 2 pints scallops, cut up
  • 1 to 1-1/2 cups light cream
  • 6 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons celery seed
  • paprika
Description ::
Makes: 8 servings

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Arrange scallops in a greased baking dish, 11-1/2 by 7-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches.

Pour on half the cream.

In a bowl toss bread crumbs, butter, salt, pepper and celery seed. Sprinkle over scallops.

Pour remaining cream on top.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
