Taste of Texas Coffee Gift Basket

Package of gourmet coffee
1 mason quart jar
1 mason pint jar
jar of cinnamon
brown sugar
cinnamon sticks
Fancy chocolate spoons
Fill pint jar with brown sugar and the quart jar with cinnamon sticks (as many as will fit) and decorate jars as desired. Arrange the jars along with a brand new jar of cinnamon and fancy chocolate spoons (see recipe), and of course the gourmet coffee! Finish with traditional cellophane wrapping or get creative. This is a coffee lover's delight!

Taste of Texas Cinnamon Coffee

10 cups Water
4 whole Cinnamon Sticks
3 heaping tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp ground Cinnamon

Pour 10 cups of water into machine. Put 4 whole cinnamon sticks and 3 heaping teaspoons brown sugar into the glass pot. Put 1 cup ground coffee and 1 teaspoon cinnamon into the brew basket. Brew and stir it well. (The longer it sits, the better it gets!)
