Ingredients ::
- 1 package of scalloped potatoes
- 1 Lb. ground beef
- 1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1-1/2 cups water
Makes: 4 servings
Empty potato slices into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown; then drain off liquid.
Stir in tomatoes, celery, water and seasoned sauce mix. Heat to simmering, stirring occasionally. Pour over potatoes; stir.
Cover; bake for 55 minutes.
