Ingredients ::
- 2 cups uncooked regular rice
- 2 cans (10-1/2 oz. each) condensed chicken broth
- 1 soup can water
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
Makes: 8 servings
Mix all ingredients, place into an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
Cover; bake for 1 hour. Stir once or twice during cooking.
