Ingredients ::
  • 1 Lb. ground lamb
  • 2 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon parsley
  • flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 slices bacon
Description ::
Makes: 4 patties

Tip:
Accent your lamb dinner with the traditional flavor and scent of mint; serve sparkling emerald green mint jelly.

Mix thoroughly meat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, dill weed, egg and garlic in a bowl.

Shape mixture into 4 patties. Wrap bacon slice around edge of each patty; secure with wooden tooth picks.

Place patties on rack in broiler pan.

Broil for 15 minutes; turn once.

Serve on rolls for lunch or with dinner.
