Ingredients ::
  • 1 can (17 oz.) sweet potatoes
  • 1 can (8-1/2 oz.) sliced pineapple (drained and reserve syrup)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 Tablespoons soft butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
Description ::
Makes: 4 servings

In a 8 inch square foil pan, alternate sweet potatoes and sliced pineapple.

Mix reserved pineapple syrup, brown sugar, butter and salt; then sprinkle on potatoes and pineapple.

Place pan on rack in broiler pan.

Broil for 10 minutes.

Serve hot.
