Ingredients ::
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-1/4 cups milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 Tablespoon well-drained horseradish
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
Description ::
Use on baked ham when serving.

Makes: 1-1/2 cups

Melt butter over low heat; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in nutmeg, horseradish and mustard.

Serve hot.
