Gourmet Poultry Blend Spice Mix
3 tbsp rosemary, crumbled

3 tsp savoury, crumbled

3 tsp dry mustard

1 ½ tsp thyme, crumbled

1 ½ tsp paprika

1 ½ tsp allspice
Mix all spices and present in a small jar or keepsake spice shaker. Recipe may be safely multiplied.
