Ingredients ::
- 3 oz. Bacardi Carta Blanca
- 1 packet sugar
- 2 slices canned pineapple
- 6 ice cubes
Makes: 1 drink

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend a few seconds until frothy.
Serve in a martini or similar glass.
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple.
