Ingredients ::
- Crust:
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 Tablespoons melted butter
- Filling:
- 3-8 oz. packages
- 12 oz. white chocolate (melted)
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (softened)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- Raspberry topping:
- 1/2 package raspberry Danish dessert (in jello section of store)
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 packages frozen raspberries (thawed and sweetened)
- white chocolate curls

Mix graham cracker crust and press into large spring-form pan.
Beat filling ingredients together and put into graham crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or till center appears nearly set when shaken.
Prepare Danish dessert per directions on package but with 3/4 cup water, then mix in raspberries and spread on cooled cheesecake.
Top cheesecake with white chocolate curls.
