Hot Pepper Vinegar
6 oz. fresh green hot chilies

1 ½ cups white wine vinegar

¼ tsp salt

pinch of cayenne pepper
Pack chilies in jar. Boil vinegar with salt and cayenne. Pour over chilies. Seal. Let stand at cool room temperature for 3 weeks of up to 6 months.

Hot Pepper Vinegar
Store in a cool dry place.
