Sour Cherry Wine Vinegar

14-15 tart cherries (you can use fresh or canned)

1 ¾ cups white wine vinegar

Place cherries in a sterilized jar. Heat vinegar to boil. Pour over. Seal. Let sit in a sunny window for a few days. Store in refrigerator.
