  • 2 Sticks Melted Butter
  • 2 Boxes Cornbread Mix Jiffy
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Box Frozen Broccoli
Description ::
Broccoli Cornbread

Mix all ingredients. Put cornbread mix from box (do not mix as directions on box).

Grease a 9x13 pan.

Bake at 400 degrees until brown, about 30 to 40 minutes. Watch carefully - do not over bake.
