Ingredients ::
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/4 cups Graham flour
- 1 Egg well beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter melted
Graham Muffins
Sift flour once, measure, add salt, baking powder and sugar, sift again. Add Graham flour.
Combine egg and milk and add to flour mixture gradually.
Add butter, beating well.
Bake in greased muffin pans in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25 to 30 minutes,
Makes 18 muffins.
