Caribbean Jerk Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Dried thyme

2 tsp Dried allspice

2 tsp Ground black pepper

1 tsp Cayenne peper

1 tsp Salt

¾ tsp Ground nutmeg

¼ tsp Ground cloves
Blend all the above ingredients well. Present in a decorative jar.

Attach to Jar:
Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
Rub over meat, poultry or seafood at least 2 hours before grilling. Grill as usual.
